Institution has paid attention to ensure Equal Opportunities to the differently abled persons in employment and students and creating an inclusive work place and work culture in which all employees and students are treated with respect and dignity. Institution aims at promoting inclusiveness and strives to maintain a work and learning environment that is free from any harassment or discrimination of persons with disability.

Institution make efforts to implement provisions of ‘The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016’, notified in the Gazette of Puducherry vide No. 47 dated 01.10.2020.

The Gazette Publication is hosted in the official website of the college and also displayed in the notice Board. 

Grievance Redressal / Liaison Officer for Persons with Disabilities was designated with the responsibility of developing proactive strategies to prevent discrimination and harassment and also for redressal of complaints and grievances of differently abled employees and students.

 Grievance Redressal / Liaison Officer for Persons with Disabilities maintain a register of particulars pertaining to PWD and complaints of persons with disabilities.

Physical facilities such as Wheel Chair, ramps, toilets with supporting handles are provide for the use of Persons With Disability with the college campus.
